100 Jahre Lebensglück
Product launch and world premiere of "airus", a newly designed, high quality printing paper, developed by Japanese renowned manufacturer Tokushu Tokai. Centerpiece of the presentation, which took place in Tokyo's highest skyscraper, Toranomon Hills Building, was an exhibition of German photographer Karsten Thormaehlen's famous series "Happy at Hundred" featuring portraits of German centenarians, photographed between 2007 and 2011, as well as additional portraits of Japanese men and women, which Thormaehlen produced 2015 in Sapporo. All posters are reproduced on "airus"-paper by using a large format offset printing machine.
